OPPC Hike # 100

The OPPC Hiking Fellowship will climb Mailbox Peak on Saturday August 17th. This will be a very strenuous hike of 10 miles round trip with 4,000 feet of ascent. This hike is only suitable for our strongest hikers! We will meet in the church parking lot at 7:00 am to carpool to the trail head. Bring plenty of water, your version of the 10 essentials, sturdy hiking boots/shoes, food for lunch and clothing suitable for the weather. I also recommend that some gator-aid or other drink with electrolytes be mixed with your water. You must RSVP to Neal Nelson by Wednesday August 14th for planning purposes and to assure eligibility.
