Come join us on Hike #140. We'll be doing one of the Seattle Stair Walks in the Madrona neighborhood. These walks are on the neighborhood streets of Seattle and utilize the public stairways that often connect streets when it's too steep to make a road. The spring flowers should be on display in many of the yards we'll pass.

Meet at the church at 12:30 to carpool to Madrona Park. Alternatively, you can meet us at the park at around 1:00. (608 Fullerton Ave, Seattle, WA 98122) Please RSVP by Friday evening if you plan to attend.

"A 3.6 mile walk takes you through 3 parks, along the Lake Washington shoreline, past some nice coffee shops, and up and down hills with lovely houses and Cascade views. It climbs up 437 steps and down 666 steps and includes an intersection of two pedestrian bridges over a ravine."

We'll plan to stop at one of the coffee shops for a break in the middle of the walk. As usual, the coffee shop break will be an opportunity to plan our next hikes. Come with ideas!
